Arrival time is any time after 3pm and departure time is by 10am.

Please note due to our rural location and distance from the local exchange the speeds are very slow.

Spread the cost of your holiday for your booking (please arrange this prior to booking.

The quickest way to book a stay with us is via the website. We spread the cost of your holiday by asking for a  30% deposit to be paid on confirmation of the booking. Once the deposit has been received, due within 24 hours of booking, you will receive your booking confirmation email. The balance payment is automatically taken off the same card your paid your deposit with 8 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday. You will receive a balance reminder emailed to you prior to this date.

After the booking has been paid in full, you will receive a pre-arrival email 7 days before your arrival date which includes confirmation of the booking information, travel directions and how to pick up the keys for the property. You will also be send a link to download an App which contains an property guide and details of the local area during your stay.

  2. You need to click register a New Account and Enter your Booking ID, email and create a password, confirm password and click signup.
  3. You now can access your booking, make payments and add extras.

All of our holiday Lodges are self-catering so you will need to bring your own provisions, however our kitchens include a full inventory of typical items you would find in your own kitchen so you shouldn’t need to bring anything with you. We will include some eco dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, salt & pepper, cling film, foil and washing pods to get you started.

Each luxury self-catering lodge includes the following items to make your stay more comfortable. Where properties differ slightly in their offering and included items, this is clear within the individual property’s information.

  • a starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar, hot chocolate, flavoured teas & biscuits
  • a  Online App property guide to help you with the property and the local area during your stay
  • Eco Soap & Sanitising Hand Wash
  • high quality bed linen and bath towels
  • a hairdryer in each bedroom
  • an initial stock of basic eco cleaning products
  • an initial stock of rubbish bags
  • an initial stock of toilet roll, washing facilities, iron and ironing board

If you have guests joining you for only part of your stay, please let us know. The maximum occupancy is clearly outlined on each property’s information

If you expect to have guests join you just for the day in your luxury Yorkshire holiday home, we appreciate you letting us know how many people this will be. Do bear in mind parking restrictions. Please note during COVID restrictions we do not allow day visitors unless you are from the same household or in there bubble. Any persons other than members of your party must not use the facilities at Flowery Dell Lodges.

There are several options which include for COVID illness related cancellations from organisations like Booking Protect which is offered to you at the time of booking.

Please note no insurance at the moment covers you for COVID Lockdowns.

You are welcome to bring your dog in 14 of our 16 lodges. North Yorkshire is perfect for dog-friendly holidays, with so much choice for lovely, varied walks through some of Britain’s most stunning countryside. Dogs are free of charge a maximum of two are allowed per property. We are only able to accept any pets apart from dogs in our lodges with prior permission. Sorry we do not allow puppies.

Our properties being dog-friendly means they are most welcome there. We do a thorough clean after every stay to ensure all dog hairs are clear so that they are still five star standard for every arrival. All our dog-friendly holiday homes have enclosed balconies and we have a dog exercise field.

7 days prior to your stay you will be emailed an App to download which contains all the helpful information about your Yorkshire holiday lodge and local info to make your stay enjoyable . If you cannot find what you need on the App please contact reception Tel: 01748 822406 (9am to 5pm – Mon to Sat) Outside of these hours number for emergencies is on the App and in your lodge.

Yes you can. They can be bought for your chosen lodge and can be used at any time of year. Click here to purchase online.

We have shower seats, grab rails and toilet surrounds available which are complimentary, however must be requested 7 days prior to arrival.

We hire out travel cots (Guests should bring bedding for cots as we do not provide this for hygiene reasons, high chairs, stairgates which are bookable online up to 7 days before the start date of your holiday.

Sorry we do not provide fireguards for the log burners. Please ensure if used supervision of your babies & children at all time.

We provide a small childrens play area onsite we ask that they are supervised at all times.
